The Lillyroo's Code
Our Glamping site is for everyone so please read our code of conduct.
- Check-in: Between 3pm - 8pm. Please report to one of our team upon arrival for assistance with check-in.
- Check-out: By 11am at the latest.
- Noise: No amplified or live music allowed on site (including Bluetooth speakers, iPod docks, and stereos). No publicly audible sound after 11pm. General good-natured conversation is acceptable, but shouting, singing, and raised voices are not.
- Behaviour: No anti-social behaviour that may intrude on the enjoyment of other guests or neighbours.
- Children: Please supervise children at all times.
- Smoking/Cooking: No smoking or cooking inside accommodation, kitchen/toilet buildings, or the snug.
- Visitors: Only named persons booked into accommodation are allowed on site. Please do not invite visitors (unless with prior consent).
- Group Bookings: Group bookings should be kept to a maximum of 3 pitches, whether for glamping or camping, to ensure a peaceful experience for all guests. Larger groups can unintentionally disrupt the experience for others.
- Parking: Please park in designated parking areas only.
- Pets: Pets are welcome! Keep them on a lead and clean up after them. Please let us know when booking if you’re bringing a pet.
- Site Facilities: Facilities include toilets, showers, and a communal fire pit. Please familiarise yourself with their locations upon arrival.
- Safety and Security: Keep all fires within designated fire pits. Always use the fire extinguishers provided.
- Waste: Please use the bins, ashtrays, and recycling area provided.
- Electrical: Only use electrical items provided by the site and mobile phone chargers in the electrical sockets.
- Fireworks: No fireworks, sparklers, or Chinese lanterns.
- BBQs & Fires: Personal BBQs are permitted but must be used on the BBQ area within your pitch. Place ashes in the metal bin provided. Fires are only allowed in the fire pits or communal fire pit. Use only logs supplied by the site. Additional logs can be purchased from reception. Do not remove wood from neighbouring hedges or woodland.
- Drug Use: Any evidence of drug use will be reported to the police.
- Booking Changes or Cancellations: Please refer to our terms and conditions for details.
- Cleaning: Ensure equipment is returned in the condition it was given. Failure to clean will incur an additional £20 cleaning fee, charged to your registered card.
