Deal Town
Just a short bike ride or walk from your campsite
Deal is a town in Kent, England, which lies on the border of the North Sea and the English Channel, eight miles north-east of Dover and eight miles south of Ramsgate. It is a former fishing, mining and garrison town. Close to Deal is Walmer, a possible location for Julius Caesar's first arrival in Britain.
Historic Sandwich
Explore one of the oldest towns in Kent
Sandwich is a historic town and civil parish on the River Stour in the non-metropolitan district of Dover, within the ceremonial county of Kent, south-east England. The town of Sandwich has an annual festival period towards the end of August when a number of events are staged.
Sandwich Bay
Just a short bike ride or walk from your campsite
This long, somewhat featureless, stretch of sandy beach is backed by three golf courses and a private estate. The beach offers a shingle beach with sandy areas, watersports, swimming and dogs allowed.
